Before becoming closely associated with Juice WRLD, Ally Lotti lived outside the mainstream entertainment spotlight. In a lengthy 2021 interview with No Jumper, she spoke about growing up around South Jersey and Philadelphia before leaving the area when she was around 17 or 18. She later spent significant time in Alabama.
Lotti also discussed working in nightlife before her relationship with Juice WRLD. Her social-media presence eventually became much more visible as she accompanied the rapper during concerts, touring and other parts of his rapidly expanding career.
Unlike Juice WRLD, however, Lotti was not a recording artist. Her own recognition largely came from social media, modeling-related content and her proximity to the rapper’s personal and professional life.
How Did Ally Lotti Meet Juice WRLD?
Ally Lotti and Juice WRLD began communicating during the early period of his rise to fame. In her 2021 interview, Lotti recalled discovering his music when his career was still relatively new and reaching out to him through social media because she liked what she heard. Their connection developed from there.
The couple began dating in 2018. At the time, Juice WRLD was emerging as one of rap’s fastest-rising young stars following the success of songs such as “Lucid Dreams” and the album Goodbye & Good Riddance. A 2019 GQ profile described Lotti as his girlfriend and showed that their relationship had become a significant part of his life away from music.
Lotti regularly traveled with Juice WRLD and appeared beside him at performances. In her later interviews, she described a relationship in which she knew both the internationally famous “Juice WRLD” and Jarad Higgins, the person behind the stage name.
Ally Lotti and Juice WRLD’s Relationship
Their relationship became increasingly visible during 2019 as Juice WRLD toured and performed around the world. Photographs from that period show Lotti joining him at music events, while his interviews and profiles made clear that she was an important presence in his personal life.
Lotti later shared letters that Higgins had written to her while touring in Europe. The Independent reported in December 2020 that the letters contained deeply affectionate messages about their relationship. She said she discovered them in her wallet around the time of his funeral.
Their relationship ended only because of Higgins’ death on December 8, 2019.

Juice WRLD suffered a medical emergency after arriving at Chicago Midway International Airport on December 8, 2019. He was transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center and died at age 21. The Cook County Medical Examiner later determined that his death resulted from accidental oxycodone and codeine toxicity.
One week later, on December 15, Lotti appeared onstage during a tribute at Rolling Loud Los Angeles, where Juice WRLD had originally been scheduled to perform. Speaking to the crowd, she focused on the love he had for his supporters and the people he helped through his music.
She continued discussing Higgins publicly after his death, including memories of their relationship and her experiences traveling with him.
